Experiments in inclusion for a just Green Deal

In this short online coffee talk, we explored the themes of  justice, inclusion and marginalisation as they played out within 24 social experiments within six Green Deal topic areas.

Specific stories of change from the EU supported project SHARED GREEN DEAL which showcase the power of successful inclusion were highlighted, as well as the complex challenge of ensuring this over the course of a year-long social innovation project.

The event celebrated the publication of ‘Exploring themes of justice, vulnerability and inequality in social innovation processes for the European Green Deal’. This analyses how the SHARED GREEN DEAL social experiments have navigated the complex terrain of inclusive co-production and specifically, how they engaged with the challenge of including voices from marginalised and vulnerable communities.
