Accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility in schools
This report presents findings of the social experiments on Sustainable Mobility within the SHARED GREEN DEAL project. Urban Mobility Labs were created within schools in four European cities – Sofia (Bulgaria), Panevėžys (Lithuania), Braga (Portugal) and Galway (Ireland). Each Lab involved young people and stakeholders such as teachers, parents and school administrators from three schools.
The recommendations from these experiments target promotion of sustainable mobility in schools, infrastructure improvements, and accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility as per the European Green Deal.
