Are you interested in the social dimension of housing renovation and in building engaged community networks for renovation? Then watch the fifth session of the "Local actions for a SHARED GREEN DEAL" series to see how local knowledge networks have fostered a unique exchange of know-how and skills between citizens and professionals to shape impactful energy efficiency renovations that put residents’ needs and priorities first.

You will learn from the experiences of our local partners, who are exploring the interplay between social, technical, and political aspects of housing renovation in urban and rural areas across Europe. By emphasising a hands-on approach to knowledge sharing, these experiences will allow us to delve into key issues such as how to integrate the needs of energy poor households into public policy, how to facilitate decision-making through shared knowledge, technical insights and do-it-yourself solutions, and how to address financial barriers in low-income groups and ethnic communities.

Watch this enriching conversation about shared observations, difficulties and recommendations for a fair and inclusive approach to efficient renovation.
